Passion for the environment, architecture and humanity is expressed through an intuitive process of building media up, tearing it away, covering and painting until the composition feels complete.

Through an exploration of mixed media on wood panel, including , original printmaking techniques, inks, paints and found objects, thoughtful studies emerge.

Attracted to shapes, lines, colour reflections, shadows and movement in nature, architecture, and people, design values and line become the focus.

In my process of creating paintings with paint and (collected and made) papers. I sometimes up load the image to Procreate and make changes. I then have the image printed on canvas, and add more paint, pastel or collage.
